1. Plan Site Style and Structure

Our first step is providing you with a questionnaire that gives you the opportunity to tell us what you’d like your website to accomplish. We also ask that you provide us with any materials and/or ideas (such as graphics, logos, competitor websites, and other sites you like), which we will use as a reference when planning the look of your site. As always, the more information and content you can provide us with, the better.

2. Conceptual Designs

Next, we will begin the conceptual design phase. Depending on your website package, we will return within three business days with your first set of fully rendered designs. We ask that you review these initial designs and respond with your feedback within our given window of time. Doing so ensures both parties remain committed to completing the project in a timely manner. Again, the more feedback and insight you can give us, the better.

3. Wire frame Build

Once you’ve approved the site design, we will then begin the wire frame build. The wire frame building of your site consists of chopping and splicing the final design concepts and recoding them to complete the front-end portion of how your website will appear on the Internet. This portion of the process will take place on our development server.

4. Programming

We’ll then move onto the front- and back-end programming of your site. Website programming is essentially the scripting and coding behind your website that allows it to function properly. If you purchased a dynamic website package, the programming of your content management system (CMS) will take place within this stage.

5. Transfer

At this point, we’re almost ready to launch your website. Before doing so, though, we’ll need to set up a place for your site to live, or a host. Hosting costs generally range from $100 – $150 annually.
